What is collected.
Because the site offers no form, login or comment box, it never requests personal details from you. On a call, the dispatcher can note your name, street, number and a brief description of the trouble, which lets a technician be assigned.
Hosting records.
The site is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Hosts of this sort tend to keep ordinary request records: your IP address, your browser, the pages you opened. They help us keep the site safe and see roughly how busy it is, and that is all.
Content from other companies.
Google supplies the maps and the fonts. Each may see your IP address and set cookies under its own policy. No advertising trackers and no cross-site analytics run here.
Use of call details.
Call details serve scheduling, the job itself and a follow-up check. We do not sell personal information. Should another company carry your call, its own terms govern the data it handles.
Your options.
You can ask to see what we keep about you, to have it corrected or to have it erased, except where a law demands that a record be retained. Requests go to contact@prorodentcontrolmelville.com.
Changes to this policy.
A new version replaces this one and carries a fresh date. This version took effect October 16, 2026.
